Investment Flow Diagram
How to Read This Diagram
Project starts with Idea Projector holding 100% ownership โ conceptually split into Fixed and Variable portions.
Working Investor(s) fund the variable portion across phases (Prototype, Beta, Launch).
Interns deliver the final product irrespective of investor exits โ their delivery triggers legal handover.
If an investor exits, variable ownership is returned/redistributed via Exit / Buyback rules.
