How to Read This Diagram

1

Project starts with Idea Projector holding 100% ownership โ€” conceptually split into Fixed and Variable portions.

2

Working Investor(s) fund the variable portion across phases (Prototype, Beta, Launch).

3

Interns deliver the final product irrespective of investor exits โ€” their delivery triggers legal handover.

4

If an investor exits, variable ownership is returned/redistributed via Exit / Buyback rules.

Example Scenario

Initial Setup

Idea Projector sets Fixed 20% / Variable 80% ownership split

Phase 1 Investment

Working Investor A funds Phase 1 (covers variable portion)

Potential Exit

After Phase 1, Investor A may exit. Projector or Investor B buys back variable share

Final Delivery

Interns complete work and deliver product. Legal handover finalized
